This Brut sparkling wine is obtained from our own vineyards’ grapes that are harvested before the others to achieve the youth and freshness that characterizes it. It is a Gavi expressly prepared for the modern consumer’s taste that likes a young, inviting, high-quality sparkling wine. It has a gentle petillant, obtained by means of an autoclave re-fermentation that enhances its scents, harmony and freshness. In the glass it highlights a crystal clear clarity, a straw-yellow tonality with greenish reflections, a fruity bouquet, characteristic. The flavour is pleasing, smooth and harmonious. It pairs perfectly with starters and cold second courses; recommended also as aperitif
